Prepare a business service enquiry in Qatar
Qatar’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry links to Single Window services for establishing and renewing businesses. Start by describing your activity and whether you need a new registration, a licence service or a renewal.
Prepare a useful brief
- Tell us your city and describe what the business will actually do.
- Choose the service you need: setup, an existing-business change, compliance support or renewal.
- Add your preferred completion date and budget if known. A provider must confirm scope, price and timing.
Questions for your provider
Ask the provider to separate commercial registration, licensing and any activity-specific work in the quotation. Include existing registration details when requesting a renewal.
Request a written breakdown of service charges, authority fees, taxes where applicable and exclusions. Confirm who will submit each application and how progress will be reported.
Keep your documents organised
After signing in, use My Business to save company details and private documents. Add expiry dates to receive renewal reminders. You choose when to share a saved document for a particular request.
